When can I expect payment?

The first step will be to review the facts of the loss to determine what happened and whether the loss is covered by your insurance policy. If you are filing a claim for property damage or vehicles; this usually requires an in person inspection. Once the claim professional determines whether the policy covers the loss; we will either write you a check based on our estimate of the damage on the spot or soon after the in person inspection is completed.

Close the claim

Once we have resolved your claim under the terms of your policy, we will then close the claim. If you discover additional expenses; we will reopen your claim to investigate.
